Email for artist

I have contacted the artist asking whether i can use their song for my media music video i have stated that it is not for profit reasons nor am i taking credit for coming up with the lyrics i have made that clear for the artist to see. This is my first choice of song which i want to do for my media project however if i do not gain permission i have an additional song which i would use instead for my music video, by the artist "gifted soul" get low the artist does not have an email address so i cannot get into contact with him at this current moment. I have also sent the artist a message regarding him sending the lyrics of the song within
